I am thinking about getting my CPA certification. I recently finished up my degree in accounting and based on what everyone is tell me, and from what i know already, the CPA may be my best route. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions, advice, etc., for preparing for the CPA exam. More specifically, has anyone relied on the study guide book (only) to review the exam and had good results? I have heard that the Becker review program is awesome, however, pricey. Do the books provide just as good of a reivew? Any advice, suggestions, etc., would be appreciated.
